Hip and pelvic pain
Hip and pelvic pain can often be driven by pelvic floor dysfunction. If all other conventional assessment and treatment techniques have failed to rid you of your hip or pelvic pain, it is time to look at your pelvic floor.
Pain around the pelvis can manifest as coccyx pain, hip pain, groin pain, and lower back pain. Pelvic tension can cause a reduction in internal hip range of motion.
