Holistic Health Physio can offer you massage in clinic or in the comfort of your own home.
Harriet has 15 years experience working in sports massage and has experience working with Athletes across swimming, rugby, diving, triathlon, netball and Australian rules football.

By releasing built up tension in muscles of the body it makes it easier to recruit more muscle fibres and to therefore increase the output from the muscle. In simple terms it can make your legs feel lighter and you can run faster.
