PHYSIOTHERAPY in PREGnancy
When is it indicated?
As the baby grows and your body changes shape, there can be some associated aches and pains. This can include pelvic girdle pain (please see my blog post on this) and lower back pain as the posture changes and the pelvis readies itself for birth.
Pre-natal physiotherapy can also be a good opportunity to get some advice for the first 6 weeks post-natally.

What appointment do i need?
A pregnancy Physiotherapy session is the same as a standard physiotherapy appointment. It is £55 for an initial and £50 for a follow up. The initial is 1hr and the follow up 45mins.
